Experience in advising Japanese corporates / financial investors on numerous domestic and cross-border M&A / strategic investment transactions during tenure at GCA and BTIG.
Graduated from Hitotsubashi University (Faculty of Economics). Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. Matthew is from Singapore, and is currently based in Tokyo, Japan.
